Crunchy Muesli

  • 250 gms porridge oats
  • 75 gms whole wheat flakes
  • 50 gms bran buds
  • 75 gms sunflower seeds
  • 175 gms dried pears (orapricots, figs or peach)
  • Cut into small pieces.


  • Mix together the porridge oats, whole flakes bran buds, sunflower seeds and dried pears
  • (The dried fruit can be very according to taste and availablity, but keep the ratio of the grains & fruits same)
  • The dry muesli will keep fresh for several weeks if stored in a airtight container.
