About Dr Ritika Dua
Dr. Ritika Dua is a highly qualified Dietitian and Ayurvedic Doctor with extensive training and experience in holistic health and wellness. She completed her Naturopathy, Acupressure, and Yoga course at the All India Nature Federation and earned her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.), a professional degree focused on Ayurveda. Dr. Ritika also holds a Dietetics and Nutrition certification from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) and a Post Graduation in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Delhi. Her professional journey includes previous roles at APOLLO Hospital and clinics such as Wellness Care Clinic and Health Care Clinic. Currently, she runs her own clinic in Derawal Nagar, New Delhi, with additional branches in Pratap Bagh and Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
