Chicken Manchow Soup

Ingredients: 

250 gms chicken, boiled & shredded, 500 ml Chicken stock, 2 carrots diced, 1 onion sliced, 1/2 "ginger finely chopped, 3 cloves garlic finely choopped, Black pepper powder to taste, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon butter.

Preparation: 

  1. Add chopped vegetable in chicken stock & cook for 10 minutes in a pan.
  2. Add salt vinegar, salt, soy sauce & pepper.
  3. Stir the soup & bring to boil, stirring.
  4. Add shredded chicken & simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
