Ingredients:
- 250 gms porridge oats
- 75 gms whole wheat flakes
- 50 gms bran buds
- 75 gms sunflower seeds
- 175 gms dried pears (orapricots, figs or peach)
- Cut into small pieces.
Preparation:
- Mix together the porridge oats, whole flakes bran buds, sunflower seeds and dried pears
- (The dried fruit can be very according to taste and availablity, but keep the ratio of the grains & fruits same)
- The dry muesli will keep fresh for several weeks if stored in a airtight container.
