Italian Potato Salad

  • ½ kg boiled potatoes
  • 200 gms white til
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Few coriander leaves


Dice the potatoes with the skin or without. Roast til and grind. Now take a bowl and add til, salt and pepper, lemon juice. Mix well and add onto potatoes. Serve cold garnished with coriander leaves.
