Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoon oil,
- 120 gms popping corn,
- Curry flavour,
- 2 teaspoon curry powder,
- 2 teaspoon turmeric,
- 2 tablespoon yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste,
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice,
- 2 tablespoon chopped herbs.
Preparation:
- To prepare curry flavoring, combine curry powder, garlic paste, turmeric, lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Cook over gentle flame for 1 minute.
- Stir in yoghurt to the above.
- Set aside and keep warm.
- In a large-heavy bottomed pan, heat oil.
- Add corn to the oil and cover.
- Cooker for 2-3 minutes till the corn pops.
- Combine with curry flavoring and serve immediately.
